Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about buying and selling certified automotive and EV parts on Brantelo — the EU-registered global B2B and B2C marketplace.
What is Brantelo?
Brantelo is a global online marketplace for automotive parts and electric vehicle (EV) components. Operated by BRANTELO OÜ, an EU-registered company based in Tallinn, Estonia, it connects verified independent sellers with B2B and B2C buyers across more than 50 countries. Brantelo is a marketplace and intermediary only — it does not manufacture, stock, or ship products itself. Independent verified sellers list their own products (such as brake pads, filters, spark plugs, LED lighting kits, Type 2 EV charging cables and OBD2 diagnostic tools) and ship orders directly to buyers.
Does Brantelo sell or ship products directly?
No. Brantelo does not sell, own inventory, stock, or ship any products. It is purely a marketplace that connects buyers with independent verified sellers. Each seller is responsible for listing, pricing, packaging, and shipping their own products. Brantelo's role is to facilitate discovery, provide the platform and secure checkout, issue invoicing, and offer buyer protection and dispute resolution.
Is Brantelo a legitimate company?
Yes. Brantelo is operated by BRANTELO OÜ, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia with registry code 17282632 and a registered office at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and the platform uses verified-seller checks, escrow-style settlement and formal dispute resolution to protect buyers.
What products can I find on Brantelo?
Independent sellers list automotive parts and EV components on Brantelo, including brake pads, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, spark and glow plugs, LED lighting kits, EV Type 2 charging cables, and OBD2 diagnostic tools. Sellers list their products with the relevant certifications, such as IATF 16949, ECE R90, ECE R112, ISO 9001, CE Mark and IEC 62196.
Who ships the products — and does Brantelo deliver worldwide?
The independent sellers ship the products, not Brantelo. Brantelo does not handle logistics or delivery itself. Sellers ship directly to buyers in more than 50 countries under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF and, by prior agreement, DDP). Lead times, shipping methods and costs are set by each seller and vary by product and destination.
How do I buy auto parts on Brantelo?
Browse the catalog at brantelo.com/products, add items to your cart, and check out with secure card payment via Stripe. The relevant seller then ships the order directly to you, and you receive an invoice and tracking information. Individual buyers can purchase for personal or fleet use, while registered businesses can access wholesale (B2B) pricing.
How does B2B wholesale work on Brantelo?
Businesses apply for a verified B2B account through the wholesale portal at brantelo.com/b2b. Once approved, B2B buyers can submit RFQs (requests for quotation) and receive competitive offers directly from verified sellers and suppliers. Brantelo facilitates the connection and the transaction; the seller fulfils and ships the order under agreed commercial terms.
How do I sell on Brantelo?
Sellers apply for verification at brantelo.com/seller/register. After approval, they list their own products, set their own prices, manage orders and ship directly to buyers. Brantelo charges a 10% marketplace commission on completed orders and provides the platform, secure payments, invoicing and dispute resolution — it does not take ownership of or ship the seller's goods.
Is it safe to buy on Brantelo?
Yes. Sellers are verified before listing, payments are processed through Stripe, and Brantelo provides buyer protection through an escrow-style settlement period and formal dispute resolution. Personal data is handled in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Can I find EV (electric vehicle) parts on Brantelo?
Yes. Independent sellers on Brantelo offer EV components, including Type 2 charging cables (IEC 62196), OBD2 diagnostic tools, and EV-compatible maintenance parts, serving the fast-growing electric vehicle aftermarket. As with all listings, the sellers own and ship these products; Brantelo provides the marketplace.
